Risk Management assists the District in identifying potential exposures and coordinating strategies to manage risk in a thoughtful, fiscally responsible manner. Through collaboration with internal partners and external service providers, Risk Management provides guidance and coordination related to safety, insurance, and claims administration.
This department serves as a resource to administrators and staff by facilitating processes, sharing information, and coordinating services related to risk-related matters across the District.
