The Purchasing Department supports District operations by providing professional, ethical and effective procurement services. Through skill, dedication, and teamwork, the department strives to secure compliant contracted services, good quality products, competitive pricing, and delivery in collaboration with vendors.

In addition to procurement, the Department maintains records of tagged Fixed Assets. It also oversees the printshop, mailroom operations, warehouse, central receiving of ordered goods, and daily site-to-site deliveries.
