We serve as a collaborative bridge within the department, supporting the fiscal and operational functions of the district. We coordinate planning, reporting, and internal collaboration across all divisions to ensure district operations run smoothly. With over 25 years of experience in educational business services across multiple districts and roles, I bring perspective, knowledge, and a wide network of resources to help support our departments in serving the district effectively.
Fiscal Services
Manages accounts payable, benefits, payroll and related financial processes. This work includes oversight of financial records and practices to promote accuracy and responsible use of district resources.
Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations
Oversees the maintenance and operation of district buildings and grounds, supporting safe, functional, and maintained facilities through established practices.
Nutrition Services
Providing daily meal services to students in accordance with program requirements and operational guidelines.
Purchasing, Warehouse, and Printshop
Coordinates purchasing process, vendor relationships, and logistical services to support district and school operational needs.
Risk Management and Safety
Coordinates risk management activities and compliance efforts to support safe and well managed district operations.
